Behind the Beam

I'm Asha, a lifelong maker who’s always loved getting my hands dirty with creative projects. From childhood DIY adventures through my teen years and into adulthood, crafting has been my happy place. These days, my full-time world is videography, production, and editing (which I adore), but I still crave that hands on magic of turning raw materials into something special and personal.

A couple of years ago, I decided to channel that passion into something new: I got my first laser engraver and never looked back. What started as a fun experiment quickly grew into a beloved side hustle. Friends began asking for custom pieces, adorable kid-themed items, personalized keychains, engraved cutting boards, tumblers with meaningful messages, and all sorts of little treasures that make great gifts.

Along the way, something really special happened: I started creating more Guam inspired art and engravings. Whether it's island motifs, cultural symbols, or designs that celebrate Chamorro pride and home, these pieces have found such a warm welcome here in Texas. I love connecting with the community at local vendor fairs, sharing a piece of Guam with folks who miss the islands or simply appreciate the vibrant designs.

Every project teaches me something new, pushes me a little further, and reminds me why I love this so much. My home office is my creative playground, and I'm grateful to turn my hobby into pieces that bring joy to others.

Thanks for stopping by! I'd love to help bring your ideas to life. Whether it's a fun kids' gift, a custom keepsake, or something that celebrates Guam roots. Feel free to reach out or browse around.

Quick PSA: This operation only runs because my husband heroically hauls all the heavy wood and does the "manly lifting" so I don't end up with a hernia, and my sister turns into my fair-day superhero as she charms customers, answers a million questions, and handles checkouts while I hide behind the laser pretending to be artistic. Without their backup, I'd still be stuck engraving single keychains and crying over splinters. Love you guys!
